About Our client:

Our client is a stable, private, and low-profile family looking for a reliable professional to fulfill a solo accounting role, managing the accounting for their overseas companies within the family office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts for BVI entities, including GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing

• Oversee all accounting functions for BVI entities while ensuring compliance with local regulations

• Ensure financial records for the family office are accurate and current at all times

• Monitor and report on investment performance, including asset allocation and returns

• Support the financial planning and investment strategy development

• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, preparing necessary documentation and financial statements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience with BVI or family office is an advantage

• Hands-on, independent, and highly trustworthy with strong attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a small office environment with diverse responsibilities
