為客戶提供最高水準的服務，解決建築效能不佳和相關服務問題。作為客戶的可信顧問，您將在服務時提供解決方案和結果。

職責範圍

  • 樓宇管理系統: 負責電子設備 / 樓宇管理系統的檢測, 維修及保養工作

  • 另外，提供建議和解決方案，以確保設施運行效率，包括增加銷售機會 

  • 支持提案以支持建議和解決方案

> 公司會為新人提供在職培訓及協助員工考獲電牌。員工成功考獲有關牌照(REW A0)後，可參與公司的獎金計劃。


要求資格
必備資歷

  • 樓宇管理系統:  持有機械/機電或相關證書/文憑, 或沒有學歷要求但具備相關工作經驗

  • 良好粵語、一般英語

  • 持有相關建造業工人註冊證

  • 持有建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)


優先考慮
 

  • 能獨立處理安裝工程、維修及保養工作

  • 具良好客戶服務態度

  • 具良好工作態度及有責任心
