Senior Trade Marketing Executive/ Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Trade Marketing Manager to develop trade marketing strategies, convert brand missions and commercial objectives into go-to-market (GTM) plans.

  • Support trade activation programs for sales team only of assigned channels to drive sales and achieve company goal.

  • Coordinate with vendors for quality POSM / premium development and production to support trade activation program.

  • Prepare monthly reports, execution update for trade marketing planning and expenditure.

  • Assist in daily trade marketing operations including administrative support.

  • Participate in other ad hoc assignments as required.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management or sales in FMCG industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
