IT support (M365)

Responsibilities：

  • Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring end-user issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Install, configure, and maintain mobile devices and applications, ensuring seamless functionality.

  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems, including video conferencing (VC) systems, ensuring their optimal performance.

  • General PC and technical support in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support

  • Experience in M365 administration

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, and Active Directory.

  • Experience with Android and iOS device configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with video conferencing systems and remote VPN access.

  • Knowledge of IT security practices, including software patching and endpoint protection.
