Job Scope:

• Support the daily operations of all‑rounded Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and payroll

• Promote and organise Employee Engagement initiatives as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HRIS, including personnel files and onboarding/offboarding documentation

• Assist in reviewing HR policies & schemes, and preparing related reports and documentation

• Utilise HRIS and other software tools to generate reports for the Group and support management decision‑making

• Facilitate internal communications and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture

• Participate in HR projects and perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of solid, all‑rounded Human Resources experience, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry

• Good PC literacy with strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Strong exposure to HRIS; experience with SuccessFactors and SAP is an advantage

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills. Able to meet deadline

• A team player with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
