(Assistant) Human Resources Officer, Payroll
  • Update and maintain HR information system and HR related database to ensure data are up-to-date, valid and reliable

  • Assist in payroll operations and benefits administration in order to ensure smooth process, prompt action and valid and reliable data available in the system

  • Provide support to create and implement HR best practices and initiatives for legal compliance and operation efficiency and effectiveness



Key Responsibilities:

Attendance and Leave

  • Manage and monitor the Company's attendance and leave data in HR information system (HRIS) on a daily basis to facilitate report generation for management review and payroll processing

  • Act as contact point for staff enquiry related to Company leave policy and ESS problem shooting in order to embrace Company policy and reinforce the operation guidelines and procedures

  • Support reports preparation for management review


Payroll Support

  • Act as check point of newcomer profile in HRIS to ensure proper and accurate information for payroll processing

  • Administer staff movement in HRIS including transfer, promotion, employment termination, as well as personal particulars update etc. to facilitate monthly payroll processing and be in compliance with other regulatory requirements

  • Support Senior HR Officer on monthly payroll, final payment calculation, taxation and payment arrangement to ensure timely and proper settlement and HRIS update


Others

  • Prepare necessary correspondences to internal/external parties in relation to HR matters

  • Maintain valid and reliable HR database for HK Operations

  • Prepare regular HR/payroll/workforce reports for the purpose of audit and management review

  • Assist in any HRIS/Compensation & Benefits projects assigned by HR Manager to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements:

  • Associate degree/ Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.;

  • 1-2 years HR relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
    Good communication skills.
