Company Overview:

We are an international leading provider of premium beauty & healthcare services, with an established retail network serving customers all across Hong Kong. We are looking for a talented Retail Project & Interior Design Manager who can help us drive our retail projects to successful completion and ensure our facilities reflect our brand’s highest standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the design, fit‑out, maintenance, and renovation of our facilities, keeping every initiative on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.

  • Coordinate across internal teams (e.g. Operations, Finance, Marketing) to manage project requirements, resources, and timelines.

  • Manage with external parties to oversee deliverables and act as the primary project liaison for contractors, landlords, designers, vendors, and other consultants.

  • Control Costs & Risks – Monitor expenditures, change orders, and project status. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

  • Enforce QA/QC processes to ensure our brand quality standards and compliance with healthcare and building regulations, and safety codes. Conduct site visits to verify workmanship and resolve issues promptly.

  • Assist with development of creative concepts via mood boards, material palettes, and high‑level layout sketches that translate brand identity into functional spaces.

  • Prepare design briefs, specifications, and basic 2D visuals for contractors, ensuring the design vision is clearly communicated and executed.

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers vendors and materials, assist with securing competitive pricing, and ensure that selected products meet both aesthetic and performance requirements.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years hands-on relevant experience (retail project management and/or interior design), preferably in luxury hospitality, retail, or healthcare/beauty settings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Additional project management or design certifications are a plus.

  • Understanding of interior fitting-out, E&M coordination, materials and statutory requirements.

  • Good technical drawing and project planning skills.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, with additional Mandarin fluency a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; excellent organizational talent; meticulous attention to detail; analytical problem‑solving.

  • Proficient with relevant project management and/or design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

工作職責

  • 主動管理設計、裝修、維護及翻新工程,確保所有項目按時、按預算執行,且符合業務目標。

  • 與內部團隊(如營運、財務、行銷)協調,掌握項目需求、資源與時間表。

  • 與外部合作夥伴(承建商、房東、設計師、供應商及其他顧問)保持聯繫,負責監督交付成果,擔任主要項目聯繫人。

  • 成本與風險管控 – 監測支出、項目變更與專案狀況;辨識潛在風險並制定緩解措施,確保項目順利進行。

  • 執行 QA/QC 流程,確保符合品牌品質標準、醫療與建築法規以及安全規範;定期現場巡檢,驗證施工品質並即時解決問題。

  • 協助開發創意概念,包括情緒板、材質調色盤與高階平面布局草圖,以將品牌形象轉化為功能性空間。

  • 為承包商製作設計說明書、規格書與基本 2D 圖面,確保設計願景清晰傳達並得以落實。

  • 識別與評估供應商、材料與廠商,協助爭取具競爭力的價格,並確保所選產品兼具美觀與性能。

職位要求

  • 至少 5 年 相關實務經驗(零售專案管理及或室內設計),優先考慮在奢華酒店、零售或醫療/美容領域的背景。

  • 具備 建築、室內設計、建築管理、商業或相關科系 的學士學位,或同等專業經驗;持有專案管理或設計認證者優先考慮。

  • 熟悉室內裝修、機電配合、材料與法規要求。

  • 具備良好的技術圖面繪製與專案規劃能力。

  • 流利中、英文(書寫及口語)及粵語,若能操普通話更佳。

  • 具備熟練的溝通、談判與簡報技巧;組織能力佳、注重細節、具分析與解決問題的能力。

  • 熟練使用相關的項目管理或設計軟體(AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Creative Suite 或類同工具)。
