Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development to deliver new products and processes within cost and timeline targets.
Improve existing formulations and processes for quality, cost, yield, and efficiency.
Align with Marketing on product insights, timelines, and sensory attributes.
Qualify new raw materials with Purchasing and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk analysis and maintain accurate labeling and specifications in ISO/SAP systems.
Design and execute tests (lab, trial runs, sensory, stability) and apply new technologies.
Support OEM plant qualification, equipment commissioning, and quality issue resolution.
Promote GMP/GLP standards, train team members, and update SOPs and systems.
Requirements:
University Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years in F&B industries.
Preferably with supervising experience;
Demonstrate a potential to lead, supervise and motivate for excellence;
Ability to drive for innovative / creative ideas;
Good communication, good analytical skills and work independently;
Fluent and good written in both English and Cantonese.
