HVAC Service Supervisor (Chiller) / 冷氣技術主管

加入江森自控香港的冷氣 (HVAC/Chiller) 服務團隊。他/她將負責對客戶進行維護工作和技術支持。

職責範圍

  • 計劃和協調工作團隊的任務，並監控其表現

  • 協助及領導組員處理日常機電設備的維修保養，和制訂及監管保養策略，亦需參與系統及設備故障調查及處理日常保養文件

  • 負責商舖冷氣及空氣調節設施，包括維修保養、定期檢查、預防性及緊急故障維修等

  • 包括商用冷氣及機械系統


必需條件

  • 5 年相關的 HVAC 安裝和維護項目經驗

  • 具備 HVAC 管道配置、氣流影響以及 HVAC 啟動程序和故障排除的知識

  • 理解設備安裝和操作手冊


優先考慮條件

  • 良好的溝通能力和組織能力

  • 具備市場趨勢及新興技術的知識，例如人工智能、大數據、物聯網，將會是一項優勢。

  • 注重細節

  • 有證明的監督、領導和發展他人的能力
