About the Team

JEC’s procurement function supports the company’s business agenda and oversees expenditure across all business departments.

The Procurement Team is seeking a dynamic individual who can support day‑to‑day procurement activities and help execute new procurement initiatives as the team continues to adopt new programs to deliver value to the core business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for selected engineering materials, equipment, and services.

• Lead or support new procurement project execution in collaboration with teammates and cross‑functional colleagues.

• Analyse market trends and evaluate supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage; utilize data analysis to inform procurement decisions and strategies.

• Willing to take on evolving responsibilities and adjust work scope in alignment with new business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, with proven capabilities in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

• Demonstrated experience in category management, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in data analysis and experienced with ERP systems.

• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Procurement Manager.
