Business Analysis Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Analysis Manager to support data-driven decision making and business performance optimization. This role will play a critical part in providing financial and operational insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular management reports to track and monitor business performance

  • Perform comprehensive analysis on business and financial data to identify risks and opportunities

  • Provide analytical support for operational and strategic initiatives, including:

    • New project feasibility analysis

    • Investment assessment

    • Business case development

    • Analysis tools and financial modelling setup

  • Support system implementation and identify workflow improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and develop presentation materials to support management decision-making

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to drive business insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or sales analysis

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or medical industry is an advantage

  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel (including Power Query) and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with ERP systems

  • Experience in Power BI development is a plus

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
