Software Engineer

Responsibilities：

  • Responsible for application development and maintenance

  • Work with business users to gather business requirements and assist in project deployment

  • Responsible for building and maintaining the technical specification, diagrams, documentation and associated system processes and procedures

  • Provide support on ad hoc database queries and reports

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in system operations, data analysis and application support for Banking/Finance/Accounting industry is advantage

  • Hand-on experience with software development life cycle adopting best practices and methodology not limited to SDLC, Agile, etc.

  • Solid knowledge of performance tuning and database design, T-SQL language.

  • Working experience with RDBS is not limited to Oracle ,MySQL, PL/SQL and MS SQL.

  • Hand-on in systems development using JAVA, .Net, Python, JQuery, PowerShell, etc.

  • Working experience with systems development in AIX/UNIX/LINUX and Windows environments.

  • Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Tableau, etc.
