To cope with our business expansion and plans in the airport service sector, we are looking for high caliber to take up this new management position.


What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee and manage airport passenger service operations during duty hours, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with company standards. 

  • Act as the primary decision-maker for operational issues, escalations, and emergencies. 

  • Monitor KPIs, service standards, and revenue targets; implement corrective actions and report deviations  

  • Lead Supervisors and frontline teams, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation for 24/7 operations. 

  • Conduct shift briefings, review handover reports, and ensure effective communication across shifts. 

  • Coach and mentor team leaders to maintain high performance and service quality. 

  • Handle escalated passenger queries and complaints promptly and professionally. 

  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences. 

  • Prepare and review operational reports, including daily summaries, incident logs, and performance analysis. 

  • Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, and service providers for operational coordination. 

  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and cleaning protocols. 

  • Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality. 

  • Support implementation of new technologies and systems for operational excellence 

About you:

  • Diploma or degree (preferably in Hospitality or Aviation). 

  • Minimum 6–8 years in Aviation, Hospitality, or related industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role  

  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage operations under pressure and handle multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in English & Chinese  

  • Shift duty is required
