Account Manager / Customer Success Manager

We are now looking for Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join us.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing and executing account strategies to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients;

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service;

  • Managing client onboarding and post-sales handover from Sales team ensuring all commitments and technical details are accurately documented and transitioned; 

  • Understanding client needs, business objectives, and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during service journey;

  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, technical, and support, to ensure timely delivery against agreed scope and SLAs;

  • Conducting regular account reviews and post-implementation follow ups to measure client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive revenue growth;

  • Acting as escalation owner for client issue, drive resolution and communicate status to stakeholders promptly and effectively;

  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve;

  • Preparing and delivering engaging presentations, proposals, and business reviews to clients;

  • Maintaining accurate account documentations to ensure handover materials are complete for each new account;

  • Supporting contract renewals and commercial negotiations relating to existing customers.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field;

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success or post-sales support role (SaaS/ IT preferred);

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships;

  • Strong business acumen with track record of achieving renewal/ upsell targets;

  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
