Duties:

1. Perform network and network security administration & support for daily operation

2. Participate in network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions, including technical and project coordination, as well as collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

3. Work with different teams, suppliers, vendors, and users to deliver assigned tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly

4. Provide on-call support outside of office hours as tier two for operators.

Job Requirement

1. Good knowledge and hands on experience in networking, routing and switching (e.g. Cisco and Huawei)

2. Good knowledge and hands on experience in firewall, (e.g. CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)

3. Basic knowledge and experience in network management system, e.g. SolarWinds, Cisco PI, Huawei e-sight and Splunk, etc

4. At least 5 years’ experience in BAU tasks, with project experience is an advantage

5. Holder of valid CCIE/ CCNP/ CCNA/CCSE/NSE7/PMP certification is an advantage

6. Basic knowledge of automation and IaC is an advantage

7. Good command of English and Cantonese.

8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
