About the role:

• Buying & Assortment Strategy: Develop, select, and purchase product assortments for Beauty, Watches & Jewelry, Spirits, or Fashion categories, ensuring alignment with brand image and seasonal trends.

• Planning & Forecasting: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and consumer behavior to forecast demand, set, and manage budgets to maximize sales, margin, and sell-through.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, optimize replenishment strategies, and manage markdown strategies to clear aged stock, ensuring high stock turnover.

• Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers/brands on pricing, margins, trading terms, and delivery schedules to secure best-in-class deals.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics, marketing, and store operations to execute promotional events and product launches.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, store visits, and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Experience: 2–4+ years in retail buying or merchandising, specifically within luxury or consumer goods.

• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical skills, with proficiency in inventory, sales data, and margin analysis.

• Knowledge: Expertise in product life cycle, supply chain, and retail operations.

• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and retail ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
