Solutions Support Specialist (POS)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line software support services such as investigation, troubleshooting, system testing, product installation, configuration & documentation
  • Work closely with development team to resolve issues
  • Monitor support incidents and day to day reporting
  • Provide quality assurance by prepare test cases and perform system testing
  • Global collaborative project team environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of working experience in helpdesk / end-user support
  • Support on POS is preferred
  • Well-organized, detail and logical minded
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Knowledge in MSSQL DB, SQL programming, HTML, .NET, MS Reporting Services, IIS Web Application is an advantage
  • Experience using in Jira and Selenium as tools for DevOps and Agile methodologies is an advantage
