Join our Managed Services team as an Assistant IT & Network Support Engineer and play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse technologies and lead technical resolutions in hardware, software, and networking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced on-site technical support at customer offices for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of escalated technical issues across desktops, servers, and network devices.

• Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions and upgrades for clients.

• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless systems.

• Mentor and support junior technicians, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and implement best practices.

• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and procedures.

• Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and IT standards.

We are looking for:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in IT, Networking, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a managed service or enterprise environment.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications.

• Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi).

• Experience with server administration and IT infrastructure projects is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a team leader.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
