Key Responsibilities

• Provide reception service at the Radiotherapy Centre;

• Perform appointment booking, patient check in, registration and filing work;

• Handle internal and external general enquiries and correspondences;

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Centre; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). 

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary Education

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications 

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
