Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, and developing long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and ensure a timely and stable supply.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize the purchasing process.
- Prepare regular purchase reports and analyses for management review.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of purchasing experience in the catering / Food and Beverage industry.
- Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating for food-related items and F&B equipment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities, able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
