Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute leadership programmes and national education initiatives from the ground up, taking full ownership from conceptualisation to implementation
Serve as programme lead, working independently to manage planning timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder coordination
Curate and organize activities that enhance students’ understanding of Chinese culture, national development, and national identity, fostering a sense of pride and belonging
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality student development events and large‑scale school activities
Coordinate student exchange programmes to the Chinese Mainland or overseas
Provide administrative and advisory support to the department and offer guidance to student societies to ensure smooth operations and compliance with school policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in programme design, activity management, youth development, or related fields
Proven ability to launch programmes from zero and lead them successfully
Experience as programme-in-charge or in an independent leadership capacity is highly preferred
Candidates who demonstrate a sense of patriotism and a passion for nurturing students’ national identity will be highly regarded
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Resourceful, self‑motivated, and responsible, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under tight schedule
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Student Development Officer
