助理技工 / 學徒 (升降機及自動梯)

其士(香港)有限公司主要經營升降機及電扶梯安裝、測試、維修、保養及更新工程服務，歷年來參與不同類型的發展項目如商業大樓、酒店、私人屋苑、以至公營房屋項目等。升降機及電扶梯部門成立於1970年，為其士最早創立的部門，現時亦為集團的核心業務之一。


 入職要求

  • 中三或以上程度
  • 無需相關工作經驗

在職培訓計劃

  • 提供專業的在職培訓計劃，包括課堂及實地工作培訓
  • 成功受聘為學徒，會簽訂學徒合約，可獲資助修讀相關職專文憑課程
  • 於受訓期間會被安排到不同部門實習及接觸不同工作，包括維修、保養、翻新、安裝等

完善晉升制度

  • 學徒/助理技工 → 專業技工 → 主任/科文 → 分站經理/主管
