System Engineer (35k, MNC, Virtualization, VMware, Solarwinds)

Our client is looking for a System Consultant / (Senior) System Engineer specializing in Data Centre Virtualization & Operation System Support to join their expanding technical team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage full-lifecycle projects, from infrastructure design to high-level system administration.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Administer, configure, and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Exchange Servers.

  • Project Coordination: Organize project schedules and manage resources across customers, engineers, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Monitor project status, quality control, material procurement, and overall progress.

  • Infrastructure Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust network infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Education: HD or Degree holder in IT or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project implementation and maintenance support.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Exchange Server, and Virtualization is highly preferred.

  • Tools: Familiarity with VMware, SolarWinds, and various monitoring tools.

  • Bonus Skills: Experience in Linux and Cloud platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Cantonese.

  • Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for the System Engineer title.
