Part-time Customer Service Representative (CS Support) (Hourly Based)

To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.

About The Role :

  • Provide quality customer service including face-to-face enquiries and complaint

  • Provide support in daily operations of the customer service counter

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as required

  • Provide secretarial support to the team

About You :

  • DSE or above, fresh graduates are welcome

  • 1-2 years full time working experience in customer service roles 

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

About The Job:

  • At least 2-3 working days per week on roster basis from Mondays to Sundays

  • Working Hour: 10 hours / day (10:00 -21:00, 1 hour meal break)

  • Different working location is required
