Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for returned products investigation and analysis

• Provide feedback of complaint investigation to relevant department in a timely manner

• Support and maintain computer-based administration system to record complaints and investigations

• Compile reports and present findings on regular basis

• Support administration activities by ensuring that all proper documentations are in place

• Responsible for managing tools and equipment in the laboratory

• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment

• Provide supports when ad hoc duties and projects assigned

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience working in medical device company

• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and willing to learn

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Occasional travel to PRC (Shenzhen) is required
