Key Responsibilities:

• Selling and promoting products through tele-sales

• Handles customer' enquiries and complaints 

• Makes outbound calls for customer order taking and maintains accurate order records

• Provides professional pre-sales and post-sales services to customer via phone

• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F5/ DSE or Above

• 1 year experience in customer service / tele-sales

• Professional telephone manner with good communication skills

• Good command of PC and MS office knowledge

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
