你將來的工作：

• 協助廚房日常運作, 準備及製作食品; 控制廚房的食材存貨

• 在貴賓室為客人提供服務，包括但不限於：
  - 負責食品準備； 
  - 負責廚房的日常運營和清潔工作； 
  - 協助管理食品庫存； 
  - 確保廚房的清潔、衛生和食品質量。

你需要具備： 

• 中五或以上

• 3 - 5年酒店餐飲業相關經驗

• 有禮、貝有創造力、良好的溝通能力，上進心強，責任感強，能夠獨立工作並承受壓力

• 能夠用中文讀寫

• 願意輪班工作

What you’ll be doing:

The incumbents will assist in the food planning, preparation and production in accordance with the company’s standard. They need to demonstrate and maintain the highest level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. Supporting daily operations of the kitchen including the stocks control of food and beverage items are essential.

About you:  

• Form 5 or vocational training above 

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in hotel & catering industry

• Polite, creative, good communication skills, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility 

• Able to work independently and under pressure 

• Able to read or write in Chinese and basis English 

• Willing to work on shifts hours
