  • Answer phone calls and email from B2B partners and B2C customers, and providing solution to achieve service excellence

  • Deliver customer support by handling and resolve customer queries, bookings & complaints

  • Utilizing the available resources and dispatch the job on timely basis in cooperating with relevant functional teams

  • Work in an operation that covers a 24-hour period which includes weekends and holidays and day/evening/overnight shifts
