Duties:
To develop, enhance and maintain the departmental webpage
To design, enhance and maintain system report templates
To collect, collate, analyse data and prepare reports for management
To provide support for projects related to strategic development and research
To assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing policies, systems and procedures under the purview of the department
To utilize AI tools to enhance operation efficiency
To provide administrative support for committees and task forces
To support day-to-day office administration and other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
A recognised degree or equivalent
At least three years’ relevant working experience, preferably in educational institutions
Mature, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Conversant with data processing and the application of AI tools for data and information analysis
Good IT skills and a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
