The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-calibre and experienced professionals to join our Exhibition Services Department.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing and operation teams to develop graphic design for trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars and other special events

• Handle artwork production and output file preparation

• Prepare design proposal for presentation to potential clients

• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, printers and external vendors to ensure smooth production and cost-effective output

• Stay abreast of latest design concepts, new colour trends for adoption and applications

• On-site supervision of graphic installation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design in exhibition contracting or operation

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua

• Familiar with PC / Mac, In-design, AI, Flash, Photoshop & Illustrator, etc.

• Skills in computer graphics cut-out, knowledge in graphics cut-out

• Knowledge of multimedia (Premiere, After Effect and Audition) an advantage

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-initiated, able to multi-tasks and very attentive to details

• Willing to work long hours and on public holidays

• Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred

• Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre (Shuttle bus will be provided at Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station)

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
