Officer, APS support - ALLWAYS

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input wheelchair service orders into the system. 

  • Check and verify SCM (Service Control Management) entries for accuracy and completeness 

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including roster updates, documentation, and reporting. 

  • Support the APS team with coordination of operational requirements 

  • Provide general support to the Meet & Assist and Wheelchair Service teams as needed. 

  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or equivalent  

  • Fresh graduates are welcome 

  • Have a basic knowledge of using a computer, familiar with Microsoft Word,  

  • Proficiency in English & Chinese
