We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Development with strong international exposure to lead our sales strategies and business development across both Middle East and PRC. The role requires excellent communication skills, proven leadership in managing teams, and a deep understanding of the interior design and architecture industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for both Middle East and PRC markets

• Expand new markets and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand presence

• Collaborate closely with design teams and management to align business goals with design direction

• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for business growth

• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve performance excellence

• Manage annual sales budgets and ensure achievement of revenue targets

• Represent the company at international and domestic exhibitions, trade shows, and business events

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields

• Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience (with Middle East and PRC experience will be an advantage), with at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Familiarity with interior design, architecture or related industries is preferred

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong international exposure and willingness to travel frequently overseas

• Outstanding negotiation skills, client relationship management, and team leadership abilities

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage market data for decision-making

• High sense of responsibility, resilience and ability to perform under pressure
