The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-calibre and experienced professionals to join our Exhibition Services Department.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimation for each job

• Prepare the list of system materials and other items required by each job

• Verify the system materials requested by sub-contractors

• Coordinate with user departments and Creative Department for requirement of organizer works

• Monitor the production progress of organizer works and/or official booth construction 

• Arrangement of transportation and other logistics support

• On-site monitoring the setting up and dismantling of organizer works and official booths

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in exhibition production works

• Hands-on experience in exhibition contracting or operation field

• A team player with strong supervisory skills

• Experience in managing contractors / vendors

• Self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge on AutoCAD, Microstation, Bentley preferred

• Willing to work long hours and on public holidays

• Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred

• Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre (Shuttle bus will be provided at Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station)

Candidates with less solid experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Supervisor.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
