The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-calibre and experienced professionals to join our Exhibition Services Department.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor relevant information submission by raw space exhibitors/contractors

• Monitor contractor’s compliance with the rules and regulations as stated by HKTDC and venue operator (for example : HKCEC & AWE)

• Handle collection and refund of site work deposit

• Follow up the administrative procedures in new in-house system

• Consolidate requirement and issue contractor’s badge and vehicle pass

• On-site monitoring of outside raw space booth construction to adhere with the relevant rules and regulations

• Ensure all raw space exhibitors/contractors to complete the clearance of booth materials 

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with hands-on experience in exhibition / event industry

• Good communication and negotiation skills, both spoken and written English and Chinese. Conversational Putonghua preferred

• Willing to work long hours and on public holidays

• Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred

• Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre (Shuttle bus will be provided at Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station)

Candidates with less solid experience will be considered as Operation Executive.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
