• Monitor the delivery of training courses

• Arrange and manage teaching equipment and materials

• Coordinate feedback from students, teachers and employers in respect of programme review

• Provide assistance in course development and design

• Liaise with funding bodies and outside partners

• Provide secretarial support to meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned and willing to work on shift

• Sub-degree or above in any disciplines

• At least 4 years’ working experience, OR 2 years’ relevant working experience

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good knowledge in MS office and Chinese-word-processing

• Positive, mature and independent

• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Hands on experience in ERB courses would definitely be an advantage
