What this job involves

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences by warmly welcoming colleagues and visitors and fostering a first-class workplace atmosphere

  • Manage and update digital workplace tools, including the MyDay App and content screens, to support seamless digital services and wayfinding

  • Maintain high standards of the workspace, overseeing daily operations such as opening/closing, minor maintenance, and coordination with the Facilities Management (FM) team

  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact, proactively addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding colleagues on workplace services and etiquette

  • Promote Future of Work (FOW) behaviours by encouraging collaboration, community engagement, and adoption of new workplace practices across teams

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand team needs, and tailor support to enhance day-to-day workplace experience

  • Plan, promote, and execute community events and engagement initiatives (e.g., World FM Day, Office Experience Surveys) aligned with Customer Experience strategy

  • Develop communication materials and manage online interactions, including posters, event collateral, and responsive engagement on digital platforms


Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Prior experience in facilities management, workplace services, corporate concierge, or a client-facing hospitality role (e.g., luxury hotels, premium serviced offices, or high-end retail) is highly preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional service

  • Proactive, adaptable, and service-minded—able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving workplace environment

  • Willingness to learn digital workplace tools (e.g., MyDay App); formal technical experience not required as training will be provided

  • Candidates with a hospitality or facilities background are especially encouraged to apply, as they will be well-positioned for on-the-job development in this ambassador role
