Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Direct the overall sales and business development functions for the Company’s payroll Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Business, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets by strategically leveraging all available internal and external resources.
• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and penetrate the local markets in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, as well as Hong Kong-based outbound opportunities. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation and pipeline tracking to successful contract execution.
• Channel Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic business partnerships across the APAC region (specifically HK/Taiwan/Macau) to establish robust, indirect sales pipelines and expand market reach.
• Commercial Operations: Lead all commercial engagements for the Company, including drafting comprehensive service proposals, delivering persuasive bidding presentations, and managing contract negotiations and internal approval workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with technical teams (Presales, Project Management, and Implementation) to ensure the successful deployment and delivery of software platforms utilized in our payroll BPO services.
• Internal Network Synergies: Collaborate with regional sales teams—including the broader corporate sales force and our Guangzhou and Shenzhen branch offices—to leverage existing customer portfolios, cross-sell services, and maximize joint business opportunities.
• Brand Building: Represent the Company at key industry conferences, marketing events, and networking functions to pitch prospective clients and elevate the Company's market presence and brand awareness.
• Key Account Management: Work with the service delivery team to nurture and expand relationships with Key Accounts (KA).

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 8+ years of professional experience within the HRO, Payroll, or HR software industries, including a minimum of 3+ years dedicated specifically to B2B sales or business development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successfully engaging and influencing C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Professional Attributes: Highly self-motivated, objective-driven, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
