Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily production of baked goods

• Support ingredient preparation, including measuring, mixing, and basic baking tasks

• Follow recipes and production instructions provided by the Bakery Supervisor or Senior Baker

• Assist in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards throughout the production process

• Ensure all baking operations comply with company quality, safety, and hygiene requirements

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome

• Fluent in Cantonese; basic proficiency in English and Mandarin

• Good communication skills with a strong sense of teamwork
