Senior Facilities Officer / Facilities Officer (Tenancy Management)

What this job involves

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants on day-to-day facilities and operational matters

  • Manage and coordinate tenant fit-out, alterations, and reinstatement works in compliance with lease agreements and building regulations

  • Review and process tenant applications for signage, utility connections, after hours HVAC and special event support

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure tenant compliance with house rules, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines

  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, security, cleaning) and external vendors to resolve tenant service requests efficiently

  • Maintain accurate tenancy records, permits, and documentation in the property management systems

  • Support handover process for new tenants and exit procedures for department tenants

  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence related to tenancy operations


Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management or tenancy coordination - preferably in Grade A office, retail malls, or mixed-use developments

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
