職責範圍

  • 負責屋宇裝備設施及系統的維護及保養工作

  • 另外，提供建議和解決方案，以確保設施運行效率，包括增加銷售機會 

  • 支持提案以支持建議和解決方案

要求資格
必備資歷

  • 1年或以上相關工作經驗

  • 接受輪班當值 (輪班 - 早中更)

  • 須持有 REW A0 電牌

  • 良好粵語、一般英語

  • 持有相關建造業工人註冊證

  • 持有建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)

優先考慮
 

  • 能獨立處理安裝工程、維修及保養工作

  • 具良好客戶服務態度

  • 具良好工作態度及有責任心
