工作職務:

  • 處理客戶查詢及投訴

  • 致電有關同事跟進客戶之要求

  • 監控警報信息

  • 準確地記錄有關資料及一般文職工作

  • 需輪班及假日工作，每月值班日最少可達18天


入職要求:

  • 中學文憑試或以上程度

  • 擁一年以上工作經驗為佳

  • 具基本電腦知識, 包括英文打字,Word 及 Excel，懂中文打字為佳

  • 操流利廣東話及一般英語會話應對

  • 歡迎應屆畢業生
