高級經理 / 經理 - 日餐 [高薪誠聘]

為配合集團業務發展，現誠聘餐飲人才加入旗下日式餐廳。

工作地點：九龍灣 / 金鐘 (地鐵站上蓋，交通方便)

 

職責：

  • 負責餐廳事務、管理日常運作、控制成本及開支預算

  • 協助執行公司政策及營銷計劃，協助提升營業額

  • 協助管理餐廳員工及培訓

  • 督導前線團隊提供優質顧客服務 • 確保工作環境安全及協助前線工作

 

要求：

  • 5年或以上中餐、日餐或西日餐經驗及擁至少2年管理經驗

  • 有責任心、主動積極

  • 具備良好顧客服務態度及人際關係技巧

  • 懂一般電腦軟件操作

  • 較具經驗之申請者可被考慮為高級經理一職

 

工作時間：每星期工作5-6天，每天工作9小時，輪班，輪休
