Job Description

We are now offering opportunities to undergraduates who wish to explore the work of real estate industry. During the internship period, you will have an opportunity to visit our featured projects in both China & Hong Kong and gain hands-on experience in one of the following departments:

Planning Development

• Assist in research project on specific topics (regulation & ordinance, real estate industry update, project benchmarking etc.)
• Assist in project coordination and administration work
• Undergraduate in Architectural studies, Engineering, Construction, Surveying or related discipline preferred

Sales & Marketing

• Assist in the daily operation of sales office including show flat presentation and briefing of model
• Assist in customer enquiry and post-sales service as needed
• Assist in market research and analysis
• Require to work on roster
   

Internship Period

• June – August 2026

Work Location

• Admiralty / Kai Tak

Requirement

• Undergraduate students from any discipline (non-final year)
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Good communication and presentation skills
