Senior Accounts Clerk/Accounting Officer

Job Description:

• Responsible for Full set daily accounting operations, GL, AR, AP, etc.
• Responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities including prepare journal entries, maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Assist month-end and year-end closing in accordance with the deadline, including monthly schedules and account reconciliations
• Assist other ad hoc assignments as required
 

Job requirement:

Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience

Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, high accuracy, mature with positive attitude, good time management and meet deadlines

Fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite system is an advantage

Fresh graduate will be considered
