Customer Representative (Re:set by PURE)

Responsibilities

Re:set by PURE takes a fresh and intelligent approach to wellness with a world-first wellness space. Science-backed modalities are tailored to each individual, providing a personalised plan led by Re:set Coaches to address targeted needs. For anyone who is burnt-out, drained or stressed – because everyone needs a mental, physical and emotional Re:set to feel their best again. 

We are now looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our team and help more people discover their own Re:set journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with purpose – Engage prospects in meaningful, authentic conversations about their wellbeing and recovery needs
  • Inspire through education – Introduce the Re:set wellness concept with confidence, showing clients how science-backed modalities can transform their lives
  • Build lasting relationships – Develop and nurture strong connections with both new and existing customers to drive sales and deliver exceptional service
  • Spot new opportunities – Proactively identify fresh sales leads and untapped business opportunities to fuel growth

  • Central / Causeway Bay

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  •  1-2 year's sales related work experience preferable 
  • Similar experience in health & beauty, insurance, luxury retails background will be an added advantage 
  • Fresh faces with a proactive, can-do attitude are welcome too
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're a people person
  • Driven, target-focused, and bursting with positive energy
  • Dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience every step of the way
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is an advantage.
