What you’ll do
- Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
- Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
- Administer and coordinate all property management functions
- Maintain excellent rapport with residents
- Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Key qualifications
- Degree holder of Real Estate Management or other related disciplines
- MCIH, MHKIH, MRICS or other equivalent profession qualifications preferred
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience including 3 years at managerial level
- Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License and well versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)
Personal skills you excel
- Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
- A team player with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
