We are a well-established construction company undertaking various types of foundation works, construction of landslip preventative and mitigation works to slopes and retaining walls and civil engineering works. To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking high caliber candidates to join our team.
BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Deliver strategic technical solutions to comply ISO19650 and embrace innovation;
  • Adopt ISO 19650-compliant Common Data Environment;
  • 3D/4D/5D BIM modelling and visualisation / animation/rendering;
  • 2D/3D drawing production in BIM;
  • Experience in using Civil 3D & Revit;
  • Using laser scanner & 3D model with drone;
  • Collaborate with partners, software developers, clients;
  • Deliver BIM trainings.

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of CIC Certified BIM Manager or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year relevant experience;
  • Strong time-management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent in written and spoken in English and Chinese;
  • Holder of CIC Certified BIM Coordinator will be considered as BIM Coordinator;
  • Working Location: Shek Mun;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
