Job Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain strong long-term relationships with business partners
• Analyze market trends and customer needs, providing insights and strategic recommendations to management
• Collect and analyze relevant data to support informed decision-making
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Execute market development plans and strategies, adapting to evolving business needs
• Prepare draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for management review
• Support project management activities, including developing business proposals and project plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proactive, self-motivated, and positive mindset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Innovative, adaptable, and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome
