Responsibilities:

• Report to Management and assist in full spectrum of clinic operations issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the clinic to maximize efficiency and quality customer service experience.
• Oversee the clinic budget and expenses, to ensure budgets are used wisely.
• Monitor and plan daily manpower support and utilization of doctors’ rooms.
• Train, motivate and monitor staff performance on their duties and provide first-class customer services.
• Manage clinic operation flow, review drug handling procedure and service standards to provide guidance, instructions to the team.
• Collaborate with various departments, partners, patients and external stakeholders, to maintain a good relationship.
• Ensure the Company complies with policies and regulations.
• Assist in Ad-hoc Projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in healthcare-related or relevant subjects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic management.
• Registered Nurse qualification is preferred.
• Good leadership and strong mental capacity; able to work with various parties.
• Good understanding of medical code of practice and relevant legal requirements.
• Customer-oriented, good communication skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
