Recruitment Consultant (Banking and Fintech financial)

About the role:

  1. Recruitment Campaign Management
    • Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for junior to mid-level permanent positions across diverse industries.
    • Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with client requirements.
  2. Business Development and Networking
    • Expand the firm’s network by identifying potential business prospects and initiating outreach to build new client relationships and grow the client base.
    • Develop lasting partnerships with clients by delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations.
  3. Client Engagement
    • Partner closely with clients to deeply understand their workforce needs, business goals, and hiring challenges.
    • Provide customized recruitment solutions, offering insights and advice to optimize staffing outcomes.
  4. Talent Sourcing and Screening
    • Proactively source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Candidate and Client Coordination
    • Coordinate the complete interview process, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure consistent and timely communication between candidates and clients.
    • Provide seamless support to clients and candidates, ensuring excellent experience and building long-term relationships.
  6. Collaboration and KPI Achievement
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment projects are delivered within timelines and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for:

  1. Education
    • Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Experience
    • Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, or Sales is highly preferred.
    • Open to HR professionals looking for a transition into a sales-focused role.
  3. Language Skills
    • Fluency in both Cantonese and English is essential.
  4. Key Attributes
    • Strong judgment skills, excellent communication abilities, and sharp commercial acumen.
